Helge joined Remora in May 2010. He has 22 years of accounting, finance and administrative experience from shipping and offshore related industries. Helge joined Remora from Acergy were he has held the position as Finance Director for Acergy Northern Europe and Canada for the last 7 years and Finance Director for their Norwegian operation for 4 years previous to that. He was responsible for Finance, Project Controls and Administrative funtions, a senior member of the regional management team and served as board member in several Acergy companies. Helge has been Controller for Helikopter Service, Smedvig Tankships and Berg-Hansen Reisebureau and started his career in Coopers & Lybrand. Helge holds an MBA in Shipping Management from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and a B.Sc. degree in computer science as well as Business Administration and Finance.

Geir Ove who joined Remora in October 2011, brought with him more than 23 years of project and management experience from the oil & gas industry. He started his career at Kvaerner, now Aker Solutions, as an mechanical engineer within design and new building of both fixed and floating offshore production platforms for the Norwegian Continental Shelf. He has long experience within project management and senior management positions within Kværner, Halliburton and Fabricom and lately as Managing Director of Apply Oil & Gas. Geir Ove holds an bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering (University of Agder), Master degree in Material Technology (University of Stavanger) and Master of Business Administration (Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh)

As naval architect, Svein has worked with the offshore industry since 1993. He has focused on design, construction and delivery of offshore loading systems for MCG, Hitec Marine and Remora. Svein is head of Remora’s technology department, bridging technical, marine operations and market development by supporting customers worldwide. He highly contributed to the development of the innovative HiLoad technology as offshore solutions and the establishing of Remora in 2002.

Frode is a Master Mariner graduated in 1993. His seagoing experience includes five years as Chief Officer and Master on DP (Dynamic Positioning) operated shuttle tankers in the North Sea. Frode has worked with Remora since October 2006, providing operational advice for the design and engineering of the HiLoad DP.

Elin joined Remora in March 2012. She has about 20 years of experience in accounting. She has held serval positions within accounting. Elin joined Remora from Sandviks AS, an international publishing company,

where she held the position as Accounting Manager. Elin holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Tax, from BI Norwegian School of Management.
